House Rules

– No Liquor.
– No Parties.
– No Smoking.
– No Pets on-premises.
– No noise after 10:00 pm [city bylaws].
– No eating in bedrooms, please.
– We allow only one infant. The infant is up to 2 years old. [we reserve the right to have you show proof of age].
– No additional guests outside of those booked through the website without explicit permission.
– Registered guests may not invite any visitors into the rental unit.
– Please withdraw from rearranging furniture.
– To save energy please turn the lights off when leaving the unit.
– The kitchen is in limited use. No cooking is allowed but you can use the fridge, microwave, and kettle.
– Please make sure the entry door is locked when leaving the unit.
– If you have any additional requests please get in touch with me Sara and ask for assistance.
– Please if you can be out of the unit during this time to be tidied up.
– Please place used towels in the laundry hamper located in the entryway.
– If towels are not placed in the hamper I will assume you are reusing them and I will not replenish new towels in the apartment.
– Also please take off your shoes before entering the apartment.

FAILURE TO ABIDE BY ANY OF OUR HOUSE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE GUEST AND THEIR PARTY BEING ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES IMMEDIATELY. NO REFUND WILL BE ISSUED.
